Carolyn Baum demonstrates making tiger lily flowers using a technique for assembling glass flower petals with wire. Glass lollipop shapes are flattened into petals, then dipped into Pixie Dust and decorated with dots. The petals are joined in the center with wire and finished by wrapping with floral tape.
