Ben Elliott has been flameworking since 2000, at first teaching himself through experimentation, then earning a bachelors degree from the University of Asheville-North Carolina and a masters from Kent State University in Ohio. He is active as an instructor and participating member of the Asheville Glass Center. Each of Ben’s pieces is a personal narrative that may be inspired by a memory, a present happening, or projections of things to come.
